F&B Operations Manager – Destination Hotel (South Tipperary)

I’m currently working with a well-established destination hotel in South Tipperary seeking an experienced and highly engaged Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who wants to take full ownership of an F&B department, lead from the front, and have a genuine influence across the wider hotel operation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, loves developing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all hotel F&B outlets.
• Maintain a strong hands-on presence on the floor during service.
• Deliver and coordinate staff training, coaching, and performance development.
• Lead service standards, guest engagement, and problem resolution.
• Manage rotas, labour planning, stock control, ordering, and cost efficiencies.
• Work closely with the kitchen, events, and front office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support weddings, events, and conferences from an F&B perspective.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and consistent service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Operations Manager within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop staff at all levels.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused approach.
• Comfortable working hands-on during service, leading by example.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, stock, labour costs, and operational KPIs.
