The Role:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the deli department
• Lead, train, and motivate deli staff
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
• Manage stock ordering, waste control, and margins
• Ensure excellent customer service and a strong fresh food offering
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Deli Manager or Senior Deli Supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of fresh food operations and food safety standard
• Experience leading and motivating a team
  Passion for delivering high-quality fresh food and customer service
