A fantastic opportunity has opened for a passionate and skilled Baker to join a busy and well-established retail food operation in Rosscarbery, Co. Cork.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and wants to help develop and expand the bakery offering within a growing fresh food department.

What’s On Offer?

• €15.50 per hour
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend work
• Early finish each day (6:00am – 2:30pm)

The Role

• Prepare and bake a range of fresh foods
• Support the development and expansion of the bakery section
• Work closely with deli staff to deliver a strong fresh food offering
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Ensure all food safety and HACCP standards are followed

The Candidate

• Previous bakery or fresh food preparation experience preferred
  * Passion for baking and working with fresh ingredients
  * Reliable, organised, and able to work early morning shifts
  * Keen to develop and grow the bakery side of the business
