Supermarket Store Manager – South Dublin

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and commercially focused Store Manager to lead a busy, high-performing Supermarket in South Dublin.

This role offers a strong salary package, full autonomy and the opportunity to progress your retail career within a well-established South Dublin business.

Salary: €60K- €70K

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations
• Drive sales growth, margin performance, and cost control
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large in-store team and management structure
• Maintain exceptional standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end departments
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Deliver a consistently strong customer experience

Key Requirements of the Role:

• Proven experience managing a supermarket or large-format retail store
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
• Experience leading sizeable teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills
• Strong operational and financial awareness
