Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety at all times
• Work efficiently and confidently in busy catering and hospitality settings
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all food service operations
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen teams and management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef in contract catering, hospitality, or similar environments
• Up-to-date HACCP certification
• Valid Manual Handling certification
• Strong culinary skills with experience across diverse menus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in different kitchen settings
