Warehouse Operative
Multiple Shifts Patterns

Excel Recruitment is currently hiring Warehouse Operatives for an industry leading distribution hub based in Belfast. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and take pride in doing things safely and accurately.

You’ll play a key part in the daily running of the warehouse, helping to ensure goods are handled, stored, and dispatched efficiently while following strict health and safety standards.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative

• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

• Using scanners to track stock and ensure correct product movement

• Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe and controlled manner

• Carrying out manual handling tasks in line with company procedures

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-first working environment

Requirements

• At least 3 months experience in a warehouse or similar role

• Ability to work at a fast pace

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Physically capable of manual work

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Manual Handling Certificate (support available through Excel Recruitment)
