Retail Duty Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure smooth store performance across stock control, merchandising, staffing, and compliance.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Set the standard for service excellence and create shopping experiences customers return for.
• Lead, Inspire & Motivate: Manage and develop a team of 15+ colleagues, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
• Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Act decisively and confidently to resolve challenges in real time.
• Communicate with Impact: Build strong relationships with senior management and keep teams informed, aligned, and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a big-box store
• Strong people leadership with experience managing large teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and confident in a high-volume retail setting
