Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure smooth store performance across stock control, merchandising, staffing, and compliance.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Set the standard for service excellence and create shopping experiences customers return for.
- Lead, Inspire & Motivate: Manage and develop a team of 15+ colleagues, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Act decisively and confidently to resolve challenges in real time.
- Communicate with Impact: Build strong relationships with senior management and keep teams informed, aligned, and engaged.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a big-box store
- Strong people leadership with experience managing large teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and confident in a high-volume retail setting
- A genuine customer-first mindset with a passion for retail excellence
