Store Manager – Kilkenny

Our client, a leading multinational retail chain, is looking to hire a Store Manager for their store in Kilkenny

Renowned for their innovative technology and strong brand presence, they provide customers with a fun, engaging, and interactive experience both in-store and online. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with excellent customer service and people management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive overall store performance.
• Ensure strong stock availability and maintain high standards of product presentation throughout the store.
• Coach and support colleagues to build product knowledge across all departments and enhance customer engagement.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising and space planning across the shop floor.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations through effective rostering, task delegation, training and performance management.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures and legal requirements are consistently followed across the store.

Skills & Experience

• Previous management experience in a busy, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a strong customer service focus.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to progress.
