Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with NMC guidelines
• Assess, plan and review individualised care plans
• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe, caring and respectful environment

Essential Criteria

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Right to work in the UK
• Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
• Ability to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure whilst motivating their team

Desired Criteria

• Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector
• People Management experience
  Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
