Responsibilities of the Chef Job:

  • Prepare food to order in line with requests and within set time frames

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

  • Correctly label all food items in line with food safety and shelf-life regulations, following HACCP procedures

  • Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times

  • Manage stock control for your section in accordance with specifications

Requirements for the Chef Job:

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP systems

  • Healthcare kitchen experience is an advantage

  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen

  • Maintain a professional attitude and lead by example

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
