District Manager – Dublin/Leinster

Our client, a well-established international retailer within the entertainment and gaming sector, is seeking a dynamic District Manager to support continued growth across the Dublin/Leinster area.

Operating a network of more than 300 stores throughout Ireland and the UK, this position will oversee and support 20+ stores across Dublin, Meath, and Kildare. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading high-performing teams, driving commercial results, meeting key performance targets, and implementing strategic initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver strong regional results by meeting annual budgets and key performance targets
• Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing, customer-driven teams across multiple locations
• Lead and embed change initiatives, encouraging innovation and forward-thinking business practices
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends, adapting strategies to protect and grow market position
• Plan and roll out local promotions and initiatives to drive sales and regional growth
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer experience, supported by effective training and development
• Implement clear and consistent performance management across all stores
• Drive store profitability through effective leadership of Store Managers, with strong cost control
• Take ownership of the regional P&L, making commercially sound decisions to optimise results
• Carry out regular loss prevention and risk reviews, ensuring issues are addressed promptly

Requirements:

• 3-4 year’s experience operating as a Regional Manager, ideally within tech/entertainment or similar.
• Good communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Highly resilient, motivated and energetic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
• A proven track record in strategic management.
• P&L Management experience essential.
