Our client, a renowned furniture retailer, is looking to hire an experienced Retail Store Manager with a strong background in furniture to join their stunning showroom in Dublin.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about furniture, enjoys leading teams, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through both personal sales and by leading your team to success.
• Maintain exceptional showroom standards, always ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor your team daily, fostering consistent performance and professional growth.
• Drive store productivity through ongoing training and development of team members.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Work with clients to ensure their needs and wants are met.
• Organising advertising and marketing campaigns.

Skills & Qualities:

• Proven experience in selling high-value products
• Extensive knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and current interior trends.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to maintain consistent store standards.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members.
• Skilled in analysing store performance and KPIs to drive results.
