Deputy Manager – Carrick on Suir

As Deputy Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll help drive performance, energise the team, and make sure every customer leaves with a great experience. This is a role for someone who leads from the front and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Deliver excellent customer service in a lively, engaging environment
• Drive sales performance and meet key commercial targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Manage rotas, cash handling, and day-to-day administration

About you:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or hospitality
• A confident people-leader with strong communication skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
