Catering Manager

Excel Recruitment is recruiting for Catering Managers to work in healthcare units in Dublin City and Dublin South areas.

Jobs are immediate, temporary, and ongoing with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The salary is based on HSE pay scales and depending on experience and years of service – €40k+

The experience required:

• Two to three years experience in the healthcare unit working in Catering Department
• Experience with HACCP systems and quality checks
• Experience working in a Healthcare unit is beneficial but not essential

Duties for Catering Manager

• Checking HACCP records
• Checking Menu slips are completed
• Hand Hygiene control
• Patient Survey
• Assist in food service if required
• Training provided
• Staff rostering
• Food orders and invoicing
• Checking Menu slips are completed
