Healthcare Assistant Flexible hours and Flexible shifts

Excel Recruitment is now hiring dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a range of healthcare services throughout County Louth, including Drogheda, Ardee, Dunleer, Slane, Duleek and the surrounding areas. We have consistent shifts available across multiple care settings, with immediate opportunities for the right candidates.

Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant

• Deliver dignified, person-focused care to residents and service users.
• Assist with personal care needs, mobility, and everyday living tasks.
• Work in partnership with nursing teams to foster independence, wellbeing, and social interaction among residents.

What You’ll Need

• QQI Level 5 qualification (including Care Skills & Care of the Elderly mandatory).
• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant.
• A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude toward caregiving.
• Must be living in Ireland and eligible to work.
