Store Manager – Clonee, West Dublin

Our client a leading multinational retail chain is seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager for their busy location in Clonee, West Dublin

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience.
• Inspire, train, and coach your team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Manage KPIs, analyse results, and implement strategies to boost store performance.
• Maintain high visual standards and ensure the store is always inviting and on-brand.
• Promote digital and cross-channel offerings to enhance the customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational standards.
• Build lasting customer relationships and handle feedback effectively.
• Manage stock control, replenishment, and overall shop presentation.

Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in retail or hospitality management within a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience essential.
• A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills.
• Passionate about customer service and building positive team culture.
• Organised, commercially aware, and confident managing KPIs and budgets.
• Adaptable and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
