Graduate Retail Recruiter – Dublin

Excel Recruitment is delighted to be expanding our team and is now seeking a Graduate Retail Recruiter to join our busy Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious graduate with a background or interest in retail to launch a rewarding career in recruitment.

Salary: €30k – €35k

As a Graduate Retail Recruiter, you’ll work alongside an experienced team, learning all aspects of the recruitment process – from sourcing candidates and managing client relationships to developing your own desk within the retail sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting top talent for a wide range of retail clients across Ireland
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs
• Write and post engaging job advertisements
• Screen CVs, conduct candidate interviews, and match candidates to suitable roles
• Support senior recruiters in business development and account management
• Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Third-level degree in business, HR, retail management, or a related field
• Some experience working in retail
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
