This role is being recruited personally by our CEO, Barry Whelan. All interest and queries will be directed to him.
Previous experience at a senior level in retail is required. Candidates outside of the Retail/Hospitality sectors will not be considered for this role.
Candidates within the sectors must demonstrate a successful track record in the management of Retail Operations, Buying and Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing, along with an innovative mindset and the ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the board’s goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Achieve company revenue and margin targets through long-term strategies.

Requirements and skills
Previous experience at the director/executive level in the retail/food/hospitality industry
History of driving business growth and continuous professional development
The ability to shape and deliver major strategies and strategic change
