Fast Food Manager – Tralee

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Manager to join our client’s team in Tralee.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong understanding of fast food operations, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Per hour: €16.50 – €17

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the fast food outlet, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Training and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Managing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the outlet

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the fast food or retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
