Job Responsibilities include:

• Work efficiently and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Ensure the quality of food is consistent and safety standards are adhered to.
• Manage kitchen prep and stock levels, ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner.
• Adapt to the specific requirements including dietary restrictions and customer preferences

Chef job Requirements include:

• At least 1 year of prior experience ideally with contract catering and solid understanding of what’s needed to work in busy, high-volume kitchen.

• Culinary qualification would be an advantage but not essential
• Flexibility on weekly availability

• Certification for manual handling & HACCP is essential (training can be provided)
