Retail Store Manager

Our client, a leading multi-national fast-paced fun retailer, is seeking to recruit a Store Manager to join one of their busy stores in Dublin. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Manager looking for a step up in their career!

As Store Manager, you’ll foster a positive and engaging workplace, leading and inspiring your team to achieve their best while driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Drive sales, service, and KPIs throughout the store
• Manage, motivate, and encourage a team
• Ensure store standards are delivered at all times
• Ensure strong visual merchandising standards are delivered at all times
• Drive promotions, bestsellers, and new arrivals
• Analyse sales reports and ensure all stock orders are carried out on time
• Liaise with Area Managers regularly, ensuring company plan is being achieved

Experience required:

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality management experience or similar essential
• Experience in visual merchandising and visual displays
• Strong KPI experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

Salary package:

• €35K
• Quarterly bonus
