Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across the business
- Coordinate employer presence at careers fairs, university events, and industry initiatives
- Work with marketing agencies on campaigns, content creation, and brand positioning
- Support the delivery of targeted recruitment campaigns including graduate and early careers programmes
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to support recruitment needs across multiple sites
- Organise and support recruitment processes including interviews and assessment centres
- Coordinate content creation including video, social media, and promotional materials
- Support internal engagement initiatives and employer brand ambassador programmes
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or a similar HR/marketing role
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Third level qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable
- Full clean driving licence is essential
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience working with external agencies is an advantage
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering valuable experience within a high-volume supermarket environment and potential future opportunities.
