My client; a well known fashion brand is seeking a sales focused Store Manager to join their high street store in Blanchardstown Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a fashion management background and have experience hitting KPI’s, driving merchandising initiatives and training teams of 10+.
Key Responsibilities for this Store Manager role:
- Oversee all operations on the shop floor and back of house.
- Driving KPI’s and high sales targets throughout the store.
- Ensuring excellent visual merchandising and store layout is in line with company plan.
- Drive, coach, and mentor a hardworking team ensuring continuous training and development is provided.
- Drive operational standards throughout the store, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
Skills and qualities required for this Store Manager job include:
- 2+ years experience as a Store Manager in a high street or department store.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
- Strong communicator and engaging personality.
- Keen eye for fashion, product placement and merchandising.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- People management experience is essential.
