Excel Recruitment is seeking to recruit a retail Store Manager for their store in Shankill Dublin. This is a thriving pharmacy chain, with an excellent retail offering.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the role of Pharmacy Store Manager is to ensure excellent customer engagement, strong commercial store standards, and to achieve all retail and pharmacy targets through the proactive management of the sales team.
This is a great job opportunity for a Fashion, Non-Food, Cosmetic, or Pharmacy Manager looking to continue their retail career in pharmacy retailing.
Salary package pro rata:
- €35 – 40.5K depending on management experience

Skills and requirements for this job include:
- 2-3 years of retail store management experience in fashion, pharmacy, cosmetics, non-food, or grocery
- Experience in leading, motivating, and training a team
- Commercial and operational with a proven track record of achieving KPI’s
- Interest and passion in delivering a 5* quality service to your customers
Responsibilities of this job:
- Ensuring that the highest of standards and customer engagement is consistently delivered
- Working closely with your team in delivering the best advice and support to all your customers
- Analysing sales reports, communicating category participation, and implementing a plan of action where required
- Effectively managing and achieving KPIs in accordance to company plan
- Ensuring company procedures and all legal compliances are implemented and adhered to
