Salary package depending on experience €32-€35k
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training and developing staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining excellent restaurant standards
- Meeting HACCP requirements and food safety standards
- Liaising with the head chef regarding menu planning and budgeting
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing restaurant
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Exceptional organisational skills
