Our client is seeking a passionate Baker with 1-2 years’ experience in a Retail Bakery or similar role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of skilled bakers and develop their talents. This role will involve early morning shifts and suits a candidate who has experience producing high-quality baked goods and brings an excellent attention to detail, and a creative flair.

Key Baker Responsibilities:

  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations
  • Manage supplies and inventory levels
  • Ensure all products are baked in line with guidelines and of the highest possible quality
  • Assess the quality of raw materials before baking
  • Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
  • Ensuring HACCP and food safety guidelines are being always followed

The Ideal Baker:

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience working in a retail bakery, producing a high volume of products daily
  • A qualification in baking is advantageous
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Completed HACCP training essential

Salary: €600-€650 pw

Our client is looking for an experienced Baker who either comes from a Scratch Baker background or has worked for 1-2 years in a bakery store or retail bakery department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team and show off your skills. This role would suit a Night Baker starting at 1.30 am.

Bakers‘ Responsibilities

  • Stock management and control
  • Reducing waste in the bakery to lower costs
