Chef Requirements:
- Proven previous experience
- In-date HACCP & Manual Handling certification
- Knowledge of various culinary, baking and pastry techniques
- Ability to adapt to different kitchen set ups

- Strong leadership and team management skills
Chef Responsibilities:
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Set up kitchen equipment
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals on time and to site requirements
