Responsibilities of the Group Operations Manager job include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within an area of 8-10 units, supporting the General Managers of the units and ensuring service delivery is of the highest standard.
- Liaising directly with clients to ensure that all requirements and expectations are met.
- Prepare and review the allocation of operational budgets to meet the requirements of the contract.
- Ensure that all financial targets and KPIs are achieved within a framework of financial control.
- Preparing SOPs and procedures both in front and back of house including audits and appraisals.
What you need to be considered for the Group Operations Manager job:
- Must have previous Multi-site Operations experience within Contract/Corporate Catering.
- Excellent interpersonal and the ability to develop relationships with clients.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record for success in Hospitality.
- Hold to a consistently high level of standard.
- A working knowledge of modern trends in all forms of Hospitality.
