Fast Food Manager – Mayo
Excel Recruitment is excited to announce we are seeking a Fast Food Manager to join our client’s team in Castlebar, Mayo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong understanding of fast food operations, and the ability to lead a team to success.
Salary: €40k
Responsibilities of a Fast Food Manager:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the fast food outlet, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members. This involves ensuring that employees understand their roles and responsibilities, providing ongoing training and feedback.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Managing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the outlet
Requirements of a Fast Food Manager:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the fast food or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
