Job Description
My client is one of the world's leading FMCG companys. They are currently recruiting a Rep to cover the Laois/Offaly area.
The Position:
- Execute and develop joint business plans with retailers
- Develop strong and lasting relationships in stores (mostly symbol)
- Merchandise and improve displays and plannograms
- Implement promotional activity and launch new products
- Sell and capture orders
- Report on competitor activity and progress in store to the BDM
The Profile:
- The ideal candidate must have 2 years+ previous recent relevant sales experience within the FMCG industry
- Must have experience selling into grocery
- Must have a proven track record in delivering on KPI's, targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Full Clean Drivers licence essential
- Excellent attention to detail and display building skills essential
