Job Description
Role:- Assistant Manager Supermarket
Locations available :- North Dublin and south Dublin
Salary:- €45-55k
Exp:- 3+ years
Our client is an established multiple retailer with a network food halls and Supermarkets across Ireland are currentely seeking an Assistant Manager to join their expanding team. Our client is a market leader in Fresh Foods and Quality Customer Service .
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to Day running of large Supermarket
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Sales team management and training.
- Achieve applied cost structure.
- Stock loss prevention.
- Responsible for department layouts and merchandising standards.
- Business Development.
- Retention and expansion of customer base through service level.
- Control of stock levels.
- Administration of management information systems.
- Responsible for store hygiene audits.
- Fully responsible for day to day running of the store floor.
Skills & Experience:
- You will have previous experience in retail management at senior level
- A passion for food retailing, grocery or wholesaling
- A people person with a commercial edge and a desire to drive your own business category forward.
- Ambitious, not only for yourself but for your company
